For those who asked….

Yep, Josh is continuing his mid-life athletic adventures… After the first Marathon, he didn’t get the bug out, but instead continues to get more addicted:

And, yes, I’m on my way to that loose screw medal. Last year peaked here, with a Half Ironman distance (almost eight hours):

And, by the end of 2007, I hope to hear those crazy words, “Josh Berman, you are an IRONMAN!”. Yep, in a BIG, BIG WAY!
